Request for Proposals - HOME and HOME-ARP

The City of Niagara Falls through its Citizen Participation process, develops a five year Consolidated Plan and an annual Action Plan that lists and prioritizes local housing and non-housing community development needs. Projects that address these priorities will be considered for funding.

All funding is received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is administered by the City of Niagara Falls Community Development Department. The City of Niagara Falls Community Development Department is currently accepting Proposals for the regular HOME program as well as the HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding allocation received from HUD.
